These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of any digital course sold by Systems in Place, operated by Aleksandra Badea, a business registered in Poland and selling globally. By purchasing or accessing the course, you agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms outlined below.

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the course materials via a private online portal. Your access is granted on an individual, lifetime basis (for the duration of the product being offered). This access includes all downloadable documents, templates, training videos, and course-related materials. You may access them at your own pace and revisit them as often as you like.
2. Payment Terms
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at checkout. We accept payments via Stripe, which support major debit/credit cards. No additional or recurring charges will be made unless explicitly stated and agreed to in a separate transaction. Invoices are issued automatically and may serve as a valid receipt under EU VAT rules.
3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All content within the course is the intellectual property of Systems in Place and is protected by international copyright laws. By purchasing this course, you are granted a single, non-transferable license for personal and business use only. You may not: Resell, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the course.
Share course access or materials with anyone else.
Use the material to create your own competing product or service.
Doing so may result in legal action and revoked access without refund.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the product and instant access provided, no refunds will be issued once the course is purchased. However, if you complete the training and believe you received no value, you may request a review. We may ask for: Proof that you completed all core lessons,
Evidence that you implemented the key steps (e.g., filled-out worksheets/SOPs),
A description of where the product failed to meet expectations.
Refund requests without evidence of implementation will not be considered.
